As a freelance facilitator with Sheffield-based Side By Side, I co-create inclusive theatre and wellbeing spaces for refugees, asylum seekers and local residents.
Weekly sessions use drama, movement, singing and play to build connection across cultural and language barriers, with opportunities to create original performances.

I offer person-centred, holistic 1:1 mentoring for people navigating academic, professional and personal environments.
Sessions can focus on organisation, time management, executive functioning and self-advocacy, with strategies shaped around each person’s strengths, including neurodivergent clients.

Circles Together creates nurturing, grounded spaces where women of all ages can reconnect with themselves, one another and the wisdom held within life’s transitions.
The circles and holistic wellbeing programmes honour natural cycles and different stages of womanhood through reflection, creativity and community.

I design and deliver workshops and events for corporate teams, academic groups and local communities, tailoring each experience to the people in the room.
My work includes interactive sessions from small intimate groups, to larger community celebrations and seasonal public experiences, using creativity to build rapport and connection.
